Inspire were delighted to be able to hand over £270, raised through a recent "Go Fund Me Appeal" to local womens group Easy Come Easy Sew. Mark Brotherston (CEO of Inspire) is pictured here with the group in Tullycarnet Community Centre.

Inspire Business Centre in Dundonald recently launched a fundraising drive on behalf of Easy Come Easy Sew.  The group comprises a number of local ladies who meet twice a week in Tullycarnet Community Centre to make handmade items for premature babies, terminally ill patients and many many more people in need throughout the world.

When we called in to hand over the money today they were in the process of making sanitary wear for ladies in 3rd world countries.  These are innovate products which ladies can wash and re-use.  The sanitary products will protect their dignity and help them to avoid serious infections.

The ladies would like to thank local press, including The Loop and The East Side Advertiser for publishing their appeal as these brought in not only cash donations but also offers of help and donations of sewing machines and material.  All of which are very much needed by the group.

If you would like to donate cash, material, equipment or time to the group please contact Emma Garrett in Inspire on 028 90557557 or email emma@inspirebusinesscentre.co.uk and she will pass your details onto the group.
