Now hiring a Property/Facilities Manager for Inspire Business Centre Local Enterprise Agency in the heart of Dundonald. Closing date for applicants is Friday 2nd October at 5pm.

The Company

Especially in today’s volatile business environment, this is invaluable to allow our tenants to get on with their core business without the stress of day-to-day operations.
  • The Board have identified the need to find a professional Property/Facilities Manager to be responsible for and run the entire property portfolio. This is a new role and is at a very senior level within the overall structure of the business. The Property/Facilities Manager will be instrumental in the continued success of the Business Park.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Executive Chairman and to the Board of Directors the Property/Facilities Manager will be tasked with leading the development and delivery of an all encompassing property asset management programme to include:
  • Property Marketing
  • Lettings, licence agreements, reviews and renewals
  • Property Management such as overseeing repairs, fit out and maintenance works as well as planing and building control applications
  • The development, implementation and management of a car parking strategy
  • Identify and lead on the acquisition of any new sites in line with our ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates will be Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • You will have at least 5 years post qualification experience in property management of commercial property.
  • It would be preferable if your experience comes from the client side but candidates with good agency/consultancy experience will also be considered.
  • Inspire operate in a fast moving and client focused environment. We are a small team and the successful candidate will be a self-starter who has a positive, enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
  • Your previous experience will have given you excellent business acumen and commercial awareness and you will be a team player who is comfortable switching between an operational and strategic role.
  • Have a full clean driving license.
