How does it work? 

• You will work with a Business Consultant who will carry out an assessment of your business performance over the last 2 years including sales, debts, profit, costs and return on investment. 
• We then compile and present a list of options available to you to improve the performance of the business. From that, decisions can be made as to what is the best strategic way forward. 

Working with the owner/manager, Inspire Business Centre will draft a 2 - 3 year Business Plan that will include: 

• Executive summary - An executive summary is a one or two page summary of your entire business plan. 
• Business description - Products and services, Sales and marketing, Operations, Management team, Development, Financial summary.

Cost? 

The cost is dependent upon the scale of the research required. We provide you with a written quotation prior to the commencement of any work.
