Inspire Business Centre are delighted to be hosting a Health and Wellbeing Day on Thursday 27th April. This event is targeted at small business owners.

The event is funded by Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council and will run from 3pm-9pm. However there are three different booking options for you to choose from. (all include food and a goody bag!)

Option 1 - Attend the Full event from 3-9pm

Option 2 - Afternoon attendance only - You will attend from 3pm-6pm and avail of exhibition stand networking and hear how to improve your life with humorous advice from Turan (Feel Good Hypnosis) and hot fork buffet served between 5pm and 6pm

Option 3 - Evening attendance only - Come along between 5 and 6pm to enjoy a hot fork buffet, network with exhibitors and hear from two guest speakers; Helen Allen (House of Colour) who will show you how to Dress for Success and Lynne McCullough (The Healing Works) who will demonstrate the strong links between nutrition and success in life and business. All attendees will receive a FREE Goody Bag from Sweet Robyn and Healthy Smoothie samples from Lynne McCullough.
