Jenni has over 10 years experience in HR across NI, ROI and GB across multiple sectors in the public, private and voluntary sectors where she has partnered with stakeholders at all levels from mangers to Directors.Jenni’s HR career began in retail with Iceland Foods in 2012, which is where her love of HR and problem solving began. Jenni has worked in Consultancy for the past 6 years and has specialised in employment law. Jenni is currently a Senior HR Consulting at Think People Consulting Limited.Most recently Jenni has completed an OCN Level 3 qualification to become a trained mediator. Jenni will use this qualification to support businesses resolve conflicts internally.Jenni enjoys supporting organisations with their people and with a wealth of knowledge in the HR sector and there being a gap in the Board of this knowledge Jenni felt she wanted to join the board to bring her experience and skills and be able to get involved in the HR side of Inspire Business Centre.Welcome to Inspire Business Park Jenni!
